Freshware is dedicated to providing quality products. Every product is quality tested and guaranteed for the term reflected on its packaging against defects in materials and workmanship. Our quality guarantee applies only when products have been put to use as intended by Freshware and specifically excludes defects from misuse, use beyond a product's intended purpose or coincidental or consequential damage.  If a product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product or one of equal value.

Return Instructions:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to the original place of purchase with the packing list or invoice within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or replacement.

Step 1 - Contact us using our message box below or email us at support@freshware.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).

Step 2 - Pack the items securely in the original shipping carton, if possible, with original packing list or invoice attached.
